Hi, my names Jazmine. I'm a 15 year old female, 5'5, and i weight 128 pounds. I'm trying to go down to 125 by the end of april. Can somebody tell me how many calories i can consume a day to lose wieght?

If you're 5'5" and weigh 128 pounds, then you're almost too skinny. You shouldn't worry about losing more weight. You should worry about being healthy.

Hi! To lose weight, you must kickstart your metabolism. How you do that is by eating five small meals a day. Eat as soon as you get up, and then about every 3 to 4 hours after that, but no huge 3 course meals. Eat stuff like:

One egg and 2 pc. toast
Cereal that is low in sugar like Cheerios, Wheaties, Corn Flakes, Life
All the fresh fruits and veggies you can find
Keep the meats low
No soda, chips, or sweets

Good luck, buddy. Its all about being satisfied at slightly less than full. Eat the natural foods like apples and lettuce. No hot pockets.

Well that depends on how much you excercise or plan to excercise try this website for info on calories and bmi and all those other important things to go with weight loss and by the way your well within the range for a healthy bmi so don't lose too much or you seriously endanger your health. www.caloriecontrol.org

1500 calories. Don't go below 1200, it is unhealthy.
