I vote for ugly + smart...although if you are not attacted to this person that is a decent indicator that it may not work out (becuase being attracted to someone often has to do with important biological factors of compatibility). But in the end, the beautiful dumb person will become boring, and that will make them seem less beautiful. And the smart ugly person just might seem more physically atrractive after they lay their intellect and other fantastic qualities on you...give that person a chance!!!

What's that line the comedian says---you can't fix stupid??? Honestly, the attractiveness of a person can change as you get to know them and like them. Someone who was not your type and you didn't even find attractive in the beginning can look totally different to you if there's chemistry and compatibility. So I say don't look for pretty or ugly or smart or dumb. Look for who you have fun with, who has similar interests and values, who really adds to your life.

Sadly, looks do matter (too much), but if I HAD to choose, I'd take the ugly man with brains over the gorgeous dumb hunk anyday. I'd be bored sick with the latter.
(besides, braininess is a turn on to me)
Love does transform. An unnattractive person can become beautiful to one who loves him.

Well............it would be better if the guy looked good, but it doesn't really matter. I think that being smart isn't enough. The person also has to have a good attitude. It's all about the attitude. Even if you aren't the best looking or smartest guy if you're nice and fun that's all that really matters.

Someone who is smart, - whether they are beautiful or not. It is always good to be in the company of someone whose conversation is stimulating, not just a prettily packaged empty vessel!

because of the fact human beings are the two too various hypocrites to admit they are incredibly, or because of the fact the media those days is giving off an impossible to maintain off wide-unfold for being incredibly and noone has all the features the media needs so each physique feels gruesome. on the different hand you have he gruesome girs thinking they are al that, they are purely stupid and might desire to take transport of a reflect.
