stretch as you get up.. go to the bathroom. that cleans the urethra from any bacteria that may have settles over night. therefore, preventing a bladder infection or UTI

Wake up at 5:20 am. Immediately jump out of bed
5:20 to 5:25 Restroom
5:25 -5:40 Eat something (cereal, oatmeal, sausage, eggs..)
5:40 - 5:59 Play a game of solitaire
6:00 - 7:00 Watch T.V
7:00 - 7:30 Jog
7:30 - 7:50 Use telephone or cellphone
7:50 - 8:10 Use Computer
8:10 - 8:20 Drive to Mall
8:20 - 9:50 Shop at the Mall
9:50 - 10:00 Go to Mc Donald's
10:00 - 10:08 Drive Home
10:08 - 11:00 Go on computer
From 11:00 until 12:00 you will read a book about spiders.

Observe your mind; does it begin to worry about the day's agenda, automatically, and commence to suggest just how difficult things will be in the following hours, etc. Not good!

How will you stop this phenomenon/habit. It's worth looking into, since beginning the day with "negativity" is far from ideal :))

Drink 1/2 liter of water each day in the morning before brush....u will be fit......And u will never face any health problem......Try it friend

strech u r body as long as u can, with breeth-in, then breath out releasing the streach. wake from bed turning to your right. wash face, pray to god, go to toilet, then brush u r teeth, drink around 500 ml of water from earthen/brick/copper/silver pot, which was stored overnight.
