I would not recommend waking up a dog that is asleep. Animals sleep when they need sleep and they will definitely play and be rambunctious when the time is right. Don't force your puppy. He will cue you for play -- just be patient!

umm u could use like squeaky toys
or like them toys that u can put little treats inside
bones and time in a pool but supervised of course
you could run around and a guarantee he/she will follow you :)
but if he (she) is a puppy um make sure he is ok cuz my sister had a dalmation puppy and he was always sleeping and never wanted to play when we would walk him at every stop or every chance he could he would find a good spot and fall asleep but sadly a couple of months later he died of parvo.
so if u are concered take him to the vet. but hopefully he doesnt and the dog is just lazzy and tired but okay

don't worry, puppies sleep when u first get them like... the WHOLE day. wait at least a week, and if he doesn't get a little more active, then ask a vet or a friend that has an older dog. good luck with your puppy!

well...i need a little more information but anyways, if your dog is a puppy then well they need their sleep! If you're dog's an adult, try to play with it.
