Wow, I'm not that big of a risk taker when it comes to money. I'm not quite sure how this will work, the buyer would be crazy to not want to touch the title/verify that it is a legal document, actually sit in the car and drive it, at slow speeds as well as fast, just to name a few problems with this scenario. And the money, who's gonna give first, is the buyer going to be stupid and send you some cash, believing you will send him a car? There are so many things wrong about this idea, it's just easier to say no, it is not safe.

Something doesn't sound real good about this.
How about selling it in person? Have the buyer come to where you are and pick it up.
A friend did this, but it was through Ebay. The seller had made all the arrangements to have the car transferred and even picked my friend up at the airport. The car was serviced and the gas tank was full. My friend checked the car out and then they went to the DMV and transferred it and a few hours later, he was in the car and driving home with it.
