My belly button has a red little bubble...Infection?

It doesn't hurt, white stuff keep coming out of it...
I've had it since July of last year...what's going on?

Infection-sort out with Luke warm water and salt at least twice a day..
Don't wear Silver-its not good...

I would go to your doctor as soon as you can. It may be something simple but its better safe then sorry.
