Forget her. Even if she's not allowed by someone (her parents, who pay the cell phone bill, for example) to give out her phone number, if she was interested, she would have suggested some other way to keep in touch.

Ask for her E-mail that way you dont need her number she doesnt get in trouble and you dont and if e-mail is how you met than drop the phone number subject

Well, it seems to me that she is saying she doesn't want you calling her, not to be rude of course. I think that you should just let her be and move on. You want her # now,but what if you call her and there is a lot of pausing and awkward moments? Sorry, but just move on.

Yeah, um forget about her. I never obeyed my parents when I really liked someone. If she wanted to give you the number she would. Or she would find a way to talk to you. She just is not interested. Move on to someone who is.

respect the fact that she will not give you her number. find some other way to communicate with her w/o phone. if you're trying to date her, I'd say forget her and move on.

Don't jump to fast conclusions .some people may not be as strong as others or as defiant ...She may get in trouble for giving it to you .. who knows how her homelife is .. So simply ask her ..If I can't call you ..how do I contact you ..? and ask her if she is allowed to date ..
