I have a few in one. Has anybody stayed at the Portofini Hotel in Redondo Beach? Where are some cool places to go?

Portofino Hotel is right on the Pacific Ocean and walking/biking distance to clubs, shops, fishing, boating. A good, well run hotel...you can sit outside for breakfast and feed the ducks that hang out in marina. Go to Polly's On The Pier for the best burger in California.

I stayed there a few years ago for a lobby group meeting.
The hotel is extremely nice, my room was right on the water.
There are a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops and theaters (plays, not movies) in walking distance.

Well yeh, the pier is unique. It's kind of a right angle and I think it is supposed to be one of the longest in Cali or the U.S. or something like that. This is a nice often overlooked area....

redondo beach pier, hermosa, manhattan beach, venice beach. are you driving? if you are go to long beach.
