grapple faster
i have asked this question loads of time (sorry) becuase once a person has a toght grip on you it is hard to break out so doy you have to do it momenterialy

It's the same as the old joke. A man in New York is lost and asks a street musician for directions. He asks, "How do you get to Carnegie Hall?" The street musician answers him, "Practice man, practice."

There is only one answer. Practice. Them more you practice the more reflexive the moves become, until you no longer have to think about performing the technique, your body remembers how to do it and you can react without thought.

Look at the products section in the website listed below, the main guy Mark Hatmaker is without a doubt the best instructor I have ever not met. I have every book he has put out and now am starting to collect all of his DVD's, the books and DVDs are extremely informative and detailed. He actually has DVDs on grappling techniques, grappling defense, how to get out of impossible holds, and a lot more.

Go to school for a long time and pay good attention in class (english, spelling and especially computer class they will teach you how to use a spell check).
