Has to be the savoury cheese from the 'spud wagon' in my town centre........
mixture of 4 different cheeses (grated) with mayo and chopped onion, and for an additional taste add some coleslaw on the side.
MMMMMMM .........absolutely scrumptious!!!!!

Cooked for 5 minutes interior the microwave, then half-hour interior the oven to get the exterior crispy. My accepted filling is beans, with slightly further tomato puree and crispy baceon, with cheese on ideal. Yum!

it all depends on the mood, put it has to be something that is going to melt in or that you can mash in with the potato. Some times the most simple like cheese is the best.

try this
grate a couple of ounce of cheese add a tablespoon of milk and a teaspoon of grainy mustard mix in a drained can of tuna
split it between 2 baked potatoes pop under grill for a couple of mins

I have two because it depends on how I feel:
Butter, cheese and bacon - very yummy
but if I want something a little less fatty:
Tuna mayo!
