i guess he likes you but dont be to sure couse guys are flirts and anothers girl will take him so if you like him take care of him

Boys tend to flirt with girls a lot just because they like to. Its just their nature depends but if they flirt with you doesn't necessarily mean he likes you
ask one of his friends that you trust or ask him up front.

yeah same thing happends to me. pay attention to see if he only does this with you. some guyz play around and do it to most girls. so if hes only doing this to you and only smiling at you im definatly sure he likes you.
