I used to have a very bad acne, I tried a lot of products, and the secret is keep your face as clean as possible, and use some products.

This was the steps I used:

1.) Kill the bacteria. If there's no bacteria to cause an infection, then there will be no acne.

2.) Reduce the oil on the surface of the skin. Since oil can clog pores, and gives "fuel" for the bacteria to thrive off of, less oil means less acne.

3.) Stop the pore from getting clogged in the first place. If you can keep dead skin cells from clogging up a pore, you'll reduce the number of spots.

So, go like here:

Step 1: Washing your Face: Every time you think is dirty

Step 2: Benzoyl Peroxide: you can buy thin in the farmacy.

Step 3: Salicylic Acid: this is a exfoliant, creme that you can buy in the farmacy.

And in a week or 2 you are going to experiment good results.

If this doesn't work you can try some other options in www.easyunderstand.com/acne

Have a nice Day

I am on accutane...it's a really strong acne medicine that clears up anyone's acne, no matter what. I'm almost done with the course and it's done wonders to my skin! It has cleared me up totally!

The only thing is, you have to follow strict rules, for instance the medicine might make your cholesterol go up and you might have to follow a diet. Also, if you're a woman you have to either use 2 forms of birth control or promise abstinence because it can cause birth defects. It also sometimes dries your skin out.

But if you're acne is really bad and you have tried everything else, go to the dermatologist and ask for accutane.

So many people here ask this question. Acne is a hormone imbalance. See your doctor who will give you something to correct the imbalance. You are thinking. " Oh no,,meds!" But the thing is,the doctor would give you different hormones to correct the hormones that are out of whack. So hes giving you what your body isn't producing naturally right now. And of course, cleanse your face with an oil free cleanser, don't pick or squeeze the pustules.

Try Neutrogena oil free acne wash. Then use a benzyonal perixode cream or gel. Exfoliate once a week. Remember to never wash your face more then twice a day because overwashing it will make it worse. If none of this works, go to a dermatologist.

Try putting apple cider vinegar all over your face before you go to bed. (WASH your face first!)

Soak a cotton ball in the vinegar and apply it heavily all over your face. Let it dry, then go to sleep.
In the morning wash it off, then use a toner to make sure your skin is really clean, and then use a benzoyl peroxide lotion or oil-free moistorizer on your face. Repeat these steps everyday and you should see a difference. But make sure you buy APPLE cider vinegar with at least 5% acidity. And a good lotion for your face in the morning would be Proactiv or Clean and Clear.

Not sure how old you are, but Accuntane works, an anti-biotic perscribed by a dermotologist. It takes a good 3-5 months to see your skin clear up, but you will be pleased with the results.

Every day I use this face wash called Dove Exfoliating wash It's for all skin types, it's in a blue and white tube bottle and I usually find it where the makeup side of the store is. You can find in wal-mart or any drug store. I use it and my face stays clear. Or you can also try proactive.

Try Acne-Free. I think it's cheaper than Proactiv, and you don't have to wait for a new shipment. And if your acne's really bad, Acne-Free has a line for severe acne. It's more expensive, but my friend used it, and now she has perfect skin.
