I'm not sure if this is Russian or Bulgarian...but an online friend wrote this in Cyrillic when telling me something about a penguin named Skrej in a Bulgarian zoo. She didn't say what this meant...and I appologize in advance if it is crude or offensive..she does have a wicked sense of humor. I would appreciate knowing what she said. Here it is:

вхите фрост ин булгариан велл и донт кнов а фирст наме и суппосе

It's neither Russian nor Bulgarian. It's English written in Cyrillic. Literally it goes like this:

vhite frost in bulgarian vell i dont knov a first name i suppose

Which reads like this in English:

white frost in Bulgarian well I don't know a first name I suppose

She's telling you that Skrej means 'white frost' in Bulgarian, and that she assumes it's somebody's first name.

Sorry, but this is not Russian nor Bulgarian. It's plain English words written in Cyrillic letters. Well, I'm not sure what the first word meant... however, the rest of it goes something like this:
"____ frost in Bulgarian well I don't know a first name I suppose". Come to think of it, I assume the first one means "white".

Hope I was of some assistance to you ;)
