while on answers a few hours ago my internet explorer totally crashed,it just stopped working and restarted the p.c,and now i cannot access it,the green bar gets to the end and then freezes
done all scans and they are clear,so i installed firefox and it works fine
why has internet explorer just stoped working,should i upgrade to internet explorer 7 or just stick to firefox
has this happened to anyone else,why does this allways happen to i.e you think microsoft would have sorted these problems out

Actually I personally think you should stay with firefox. Dont go for IE7 its a nightmare, I didn't like it at all and now lik you Im using firefox wll for over a week now & I love it! You will totally love it when you get used to it! and for your pc doing this I have no idea! Try scanning it for virusus just to be on the safeside! Best of luck.....

As with the majority of Microsoft products,they have a limited shelf life before support is withdrawn.IE6 has reached that end of life.You can upgrade to IE7 or go with Firefox,however a lot of websites won't work properly in Firefox.
You pays your money,you makes your choice!

If I were you I'd upgrade to IE7 to try and sort out you problems but stick with firefox it's a much better browser faster, more secure, easier to use and all round nicer, it's all I ever use

dont go with internet explorer cause that sucks. firefox is faster, safer, and there is a lot more stuff u can do with it. BUT, u will encounter sites in the future that will need u to use internet explorer. try downloading the newest internet explorer.

I'm using 7.0 and it works great..
Every single program will crash at some time or other, but, it's a lot less than it used to be..
If you are comfortable with IE, don't let the firefox sellers sell it to you... use what you are comfortable with.

firefox is better
but as 4 internet exeplorer it crashed 4 a moment and it's back i didn't use to restart it but i think u should upgrade but it's not the reason

Its completely your choice whether to download IE7 or stick with firefox. Personally i'd go with firefox, overall, because it has better customisation, security and is generally 'nicer' to use!
