Sure why not? God wont strike you down. But what you really should do is have your wiccan friends try some spells and you try some prayers and see who has a better success rate.

This is a loaded question.
First of all, spell craft (a.k.a. spell work, magick, witchcraft) is not a religion within it's self. Thus, you can be of any religion and practice it. For example, I've been a practicing witch for 17+ years, but I am not involved with any particular religion, nor am I religion-less. I'm simply a spiritual person who doesn't take dogma seriously.
Secondly, you probably already practice forms of spell craft without realizing it. Simple forms are: prayer, meditation, and affirmations. The reason they are seen as spell craft is because they have the same underlined affect: will and intent. Concentrating and sending your will and intent out into the universe or to your God is spell craft.
It's not evil. It's not bowing down to Satan and selling your soul. It's working with the energies that God put here for us to use. Speaking of which, a very big misconception about spell craft is that you have to denounce your religion and your God to worship another. This is not true. Spell craft is not a cult.
Also, it doesn't take anything fancy to perform a spell. All you need is your mind, concentration, and patients. Though, you can make pretty elaborate spell rituals if you choose. I could help you with that if you wish. Feel free to contact me.

"No servant can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other."
~ Matthew 6:24, Luke 16:13
"Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in [a] the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you."
~ Deut. 18:10-12
Disaster will come upon you,
and you will not know how to conjure it away.
A calamity will fall upon you
that you cannot ward off with a ransom;
a catastrophe you cannot foresee
will suddenly come upon you.
"Keep on, then, with your magic spells
and with your many sorceries,
which you have labored at since childhood.
Perhaps you will succeed,
perhaps you will cause terror.
All the counsel you have received has only worn you out!
Let your astrologers come forward,
those stargazers who make predictions month by month,
let them save you from what is coming upon you.
~ Isaiah 47:11-13
Hope this makes it clear...

Oh sweetie, don't listen to some of this crap!
A spell is just a prayer with props! God gave humans the power to change and create within their own lives. No matter WHAT God you believe in, that is the natural state of humanity...creation and change.
So light a few candles, do whatever, and when it comes to anything that involves "another god" (I believe ALL gods are just faces of Something Greater that we currently cannot comprehend), just say "Jesus" or whatever makes you comfortable.
Any gifts that come from spellwork will ultimately come from God, because God created everything, even the personal power that allows you to change your reality.
Just remember....do NOT mess with the free will of others, and do everything you need to do in the mundane world to back up the spell. God helps those who help themselves, you know.

If you follow the word of God, you have no need for that stuff.
You should not cast spells. They are a quick fix, so it is tempting.
Careful or it will backfire, because everything comes at a price.
If you cast evil spells, you must manipulate the forces of darkness.
Like attracts like, you reap what you sew.

True Wiccans won't do evil spells and they believe in GOD and the GODDESS (aka Mother Earth or many refers to Mother Nature). Spells of healing and such comes from the life force through GOD and Mother Nature.
Christianity and Wicca are similar in ways.
But average people can't do WICCA(magiks) the gifts come from within you life energies

Casting spells is an act of sorcery or witchcraft and God speaks of it in the Bible as an abomination regardless if it;s for good or bad does not matter. I'm a Christian too so please do not delve into this. Don't be tempted by this because it is wrong. Put your trust and faith in God and God only and steer clear of this because it is evil.

Well, if you're asking if it's possible, then sure, nothing's gonna stop you. If you're asking if it's religiously acceptable, then no. The Bible teaches against witch craft. There is no differentiation between "good" or "bad" when it comes to spells and such. They are considered evil because spells would be doing something by someone else's power besides God...namely, demons.

Don't be deceived. If you are a Christian and believe in the only true God, why would you need anything else????!!!!! He demands you only serve Him. You don't need a spell for good health when you've got God. Just pray for His Will and whatever His Will for your life is, will happen no matter what.

Why would a true christian want to try out things like that, that they know satan is doing..trying to show people that anyone can do 'magic'..not just God. The Bible is clear that we must stay away from this kind of thing...it may look like fun and may look harmless..but we are not to test these evil spirits...spells are not from God.....
