just soaking , letting your mind go
nice candles , nice smells

Depends on what kind of meditation you want to do... just make the time to take time for yourself.

Og like go to park downtown where office workers in short skirts like to walk at lunch time. Meditate on beauty of modern urban life. Og love springtime.

Og try sitting like zen monk but not have stomach to wake up and sit...wake up and go do something, yes, but wake up to sit? Og prefer to be idle in bed.

Oh, and Og like gardening too...very peaceful, especially when no game to chase.
