In Northern Mexico you refer to a Sports Bar as a Sports Bar, there is no translation because the term was coined in America. Actually any bar or restaurant does a brisk business televising soccer matches here. If you see the place being advertised as a sports bar you know what it is even it if is not translated into Spanish.
Pool is known as Billar from billiards. The double LL is pronounced like the English y.
