Yes it can, I believe eating too much beef can give you man boobs as well. Why? Becaus of the junk sinister farmers inject them with. Stay away from cow's milk too. Who knows what they inject those animals with and don't bother to tell the general public about.
I know for sure that they are injected with antibiotics whose residues we end up consuming, but they are also injected with other nasty stuff unless you're buying organic or raising the animals for sure you have no idea what's in them.
Sad isn't it?

It can do, if you eat enough. Most chicken in the US is reared using large amounts of female hormones and high levels of female hormones do indeed lead to larger breasts.
Most US beef is also reared using large amounts of female hormones.
