Hi there,
im sorry but have you not said before that you actually have an eating disorder and had been to your doc, cus i answered your other questions before. I have a mum like that too and too am bulimic and I hate her for interfering esp since i am now 20 but you know deep down she does it because she cares. Im glad you don't want to be anorexic, because bulimia is hard enough to deal with no matter what form you have of it. Try not to make yourself sick because it will spiral out of control and you will end up feeling very unhappy and frustrated at yourself andit's just mental torture..trust me!
its hard being 14 because your still a child in this situation, talk to a friend you can trust about how your feeling..they may be able to help or offer you some support and advice or an adult you trust aside from your mum..who could tell her how your feeling. Try seeing ur school counsellor or a teacher you trust. I know it's all very scary and daunting but you need help and support at the moment..please get it, you deserve it!:)

Best bet to get thinner a healthy way that she can't object to would be to start strength training.
If you start building up your muscle tissue, the natural result is that your body will require more energy to run on, so, it is sort of dieting in reverse.
Don't think that you'll look freaky getting muscles. You'd have to do an insane amount of workouts for that to become an issue.
Don't go the 'make myself sick' route. There is plenty of info online about how much damage it'll do to you. At 14, your body is still going through a whole bunch of changes that you won't know how you'll look in six months much less six years.
Good Luck

Do not get obsess with your weight, you are still young.
Your mother worries about you, so have a talk with her. Tell her exactly what you want and do not want. Mom: I want to eat healthy, I want to be healthy, I would like to get in shape and fit. I do not want to become anorexic. Mom, will you help me with my goals.
You will have her on your side supporting you.
That is a whole lot better than getting sick. That is no solution or way out.
Then, eat all you need, but make it healthy; lots of veggies, fruit, whole flour products, less white flour, sugar, and fatty foods.
Do some exercise to get fit and burn calories. That is all that you need.
Simple solution to a natural problem.
So do not worry to much about your weight, and you loving Mom. Just be smart and talk to her in a way she can not refuse. She will support you if you explain clearly what you want and let her be part of it.
Take care doll.

A little advice young lady.....
You are what you are, i was a size 8 before i had kids i now have 3 and i'm a size 14, and im more happier in my weight now then i ever was, Stick insects are not healthy, enjoy your life dont stress about youre weigh, just consentrate on being the person you are, stay healthy exercise regulaly, and you will be fine...Making yourself sick and starving youreself is stupid...you will damage your body, and its not now you will suffer ita when your older....
Learn to be happy with who you are.....being yourself is more important then being like your friends, i bet most of them often think they would like to be like you...xxx
Hey and you have a mum that cares, Give her a Hug

Don't obsess over your weight for starters but small things you can do is cut out soda from your diet and replace it with water or juice, you can still eat things like pizza or candy just limit yourself to one SERVING of it a day and eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies for the rest of your days. Keep in mind how much a serving is because sometimes you don't think your taking in too many calories when you really are. be sure to check the labels on your food.
also donut be a coach potato and do fun things like swim, skate, go for walks, shopping anything that keeps you moving you don't have to torcher yourself with exercises.

You are only 14. You don't have a lot to worry about. Your mom is concerned about your health. If you want to get down to a healthy weight just eat sensibly and exercise regularly. There are no tricks to it, you just do what you gotta do.

your mum is just worried that you don't go like so many girls.if you want to lose a bit of weight exercise but still eat healthily.its about your metabolism.my daughter thought she would lose weight by not eating, but all it did was made her really tired as she had no energy.we mums do worry about our daughters as we love them.
