No, she is a growing, healthy little girl. Give her apples, or maybe jello when she gets hungry between meals.

That depends. If there are other problems. Napping ALL day, wetting the bed(which in your case isn't happening yet, or maybe, not sure) that can be an early sign of type 1 diabetes. If she is eating all the time there is nothing wrong w/ that unless she is over weight. In that case you need to get her onto healthy eating habbits. If you feed her whole foods and nutritious meals, she will not be hungry sooo much. My son is almost four and is a RAIL. but he eats all the time. My Dr says it is normal for kids w/ high metobolic rates. So if you are really concerned take your daghter into your pediatrician.

No health problem. My kids were eating machines from 12 months to around 5 years, both the boys and the girls. They're growing at a rapid rate, are more active than they were before, plus they're eager to try new things so they tend to graze all day at this age. Offer a wide variety of new things and keep serving her favorites, too. If you think she eats a lot now, wait until she's 5! I was horrified the first time one of my little darlings ate half of a large veggie pizza! Best of luck mama. She's fine.

My kids who are 16 months, 4 yrs and 5 yrs came home from daycare today right after there were done eating lunch. Well when we got home the first thing they said is that they were hungry and my kids are thin. I think that it is normal, kids grow therefore they need more food and not only that but kids run around a lot and are full of energy. The more energy you burn the more calories you need to help make more energy and that is what kids are full of.

Make sure you are feeding her at every meal time, and if she gets hungry in between meals give her some fruit or something healthy so she wont become an obese baby.
