this guy i like told me he liked another girl. the weird part is he never tells me anything. i asked him if he REALLY did like this other girl and he said "No, i just wanted to see how you would react if i told u that" what does that mean?

It depends, is he your boyfriend? if he is, dump him. By this i can tell that he is way too immature.
If he is just a friend or someone you now, it sounds like he might want to make you jelous because he likes you and has no other way of telling you because he's too scared or just nervous. The best thing to do is to confront him and just ask what that was all about and to really tell you if there was a meaning behind it.

That means he knows you like him. Somebody's been telling him stuff, or he noticed it on his own, and he's playing with your head now. Not a very cool thing to do, if you ask me.
