I've been getting into cheap (under $10) wines lately, and there are a couple of good ones I've tried that both go well with pasta. One is Yellow Tail Cabernet. The other is Big Foot Cabernet. The Big Foot's won a lot of awards, and they're still pretty new. I like the Yellow Tails better, though.
