You don't always have to buy something to make someone feel special. You can always make him something. You could make his favorite meal and go on a picnic or you could make a "coupon book" filled with "coupons" for back rubs and other sweet things. If you really want to buy him something you should search around or hint around to find out what he really wants and spring for something like that.

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.
Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.

Does he play a sport?
if yes get him things like basketball, Under Armour,
To me if a girl gives me that instead of a card or a teddy bear, I know she knows me well.
Basically give him something cool. Oh and dont forget a big kiss.

Well it's hard to say, we don't know your boyfriend. Something that shows you put a lot of thought into it always helps. Maybe something he's been mentioning that he wants, that you can afford or something he wouldn't expect you to get him.

Buy him a glass heart and then give it to him wrapped in a pretty box and write a poem...you are giving him your heart and it fragile or a locket with a picture of the two of you in it.

Why don't you get him a copy of the laws of your state and let him know that having sex with a minor is against the law, and then you should get him a list of singles in his area that are consenting adults. Then, get yourself a boy that is your age that you can have fun with.

you dont need to buy..just compose a simple poem for him telling him what a wonderful year that was for you..to have him..have it framed..so that he can always read it and keep it and would always remember how much you value him
