I have already filed it. It being processed and my EFC is not calculated yet... I just found out today that this scholarship I thought I had well I don't have it anymore. SO I am very upset. My guidance said that I had it and I checked online today and I don't. I have no idea how to do what and my parents are no help. They made me file my own FAFSA.... they don't know anything any better then me...Please help..

I would get searching for new scholarships right away! Go online to your schools financial aid website and look at what scholarships they have posted. Do a web search for scholarships in your field of study. Check out fastweb.com.
If you won one once you can do it again! Take your winning essay and freshen it up for each new application!
As for the FAFSA thing, it is pretty simple. Once the school(s) you listed get it they will let you know if you have to turn in any additional paperwork for them to process the application. Once you do that they will review it and determine what types of aid you are eligible for, grants loans, work study etc... They will then send you an award letter to tell you what your offer is, and you can choose to accept or decline each peice. I would recommend talking with the financial aid office to get a better understanding of thier time line and process, as it can vary school to school.

You can't do much until your EFC is in. When it is, go to the school you selected to have it sent to and sit down with a Financial Aid counselor. Let them know you are looking for additional scholarship help and ask what programs are available.
