How did people come to the conclusion that the taller someone is, the bigger their clothes size should be? Is that assuming taller people will automatically have a bigger build or what?
Because I know lots of taller people with small builds who can wear small sizes like a US size 4 (UK size 8) and shorter people like me that have wide hip bones that can't wear less than a US size 6 (UK size 10) without look bony.
I'm wondering if height has anything to do with clothes size at all or whether that is just a myth.
