YES.
#1-Your skin is the largest organ on your body so therefore it will absorb anything placed on it.
#2-By tasting it, you are putting it your digestive system that will eventually break down and get into your blood stream.
#3-Yes if you are putting a toxic chemical, you can automatically become addicted and become"high".
#4-Yes, putting it on your lips and ingesting it is still consuming drugs.
#5-Don't put that in your body. It' will only ruin your life. Get another crowd of friends, get help to kick the habit and find a cool activity to do.

Yes, it can be eaten. But your lips would be pretty damned numb. Cocaine is a topical anesthetic and is still used as such in legitimate medicine. And of course it's taking drugs.

Your mouth has mucous membranes just like the inside of your nose does, so the drug will be absorbed by that route. Digestion has nothing to do with it.
Taking drugs by ANY route is still taking drugs.
(Try concentrating on spelling instead of cocaine.)

you will ingest the cocaine, but not at a rate to get high. This is taking drugs, though.
