I do. Its funny to see all the negative comments especially after he won the pole position at Bristol. Im waiting for more of the gay jokes about him too since thats all they can associate him with. M Waltrip is more out of the closet if anything. You dont hear alot of bad comments on him because hes not the one that prevented Sr from getting the 8th cup. Lots of people hate the #24 Dupont driver, Especially all the #8 fans. Oh wait, wheres Jr starting?

Too the "Dale Jr Fan" chick who responded below, He's starting 31st at bristol and hes 26th in points. 2 Thumbs down for not knowing your info. Get off the band wagon. Dont ruin it for all the respected real Jr fans.

LOL, I keep adding after reading that "Dale Jr Fan" chicks comments. I agree Jr is probably the best at running the outside. But at Bristol? Come on now. Inertia + half mile oval + high line = Wall!!!! I cant wait to see him do another "bow" sunday

I do! Jeff is a great driver, and he represents NASCAR very well in the issues he brings up during his interviews. Jeff is currently on the roll for his 5th Championship, and he has been in contention to win in the past 3 races. Now he's made history by winning the first bud pole in the Car of Tomorrow. I'd say Jeff has a lot going for him this year, and I bet it will be challenging for the Gordon-haters to say otherwise from this year's stats alone.

For starters its Gordon, probably a typo but whatever. Second of all I love him as he is my favorite driver. He doesn't whine if you think about it some drivers whine if you think about it as they all whine at one point or another. Also he got the nickname Wonder Boy from I believe Dale Earnhardt Sr. and the Rainbow Warriers is from the color of his racing uniform and car. He will always be remembered as his first race in November of 1992 was Richard Petty's last race at Atlanta Motorspeedway. Jeff Gordon was a big rival of Dale Sr. so all of his fans hated Gordon. People hate Gordon because he is the best. No one even comes close to his records and stats. Their is no one that ever will probably. Then after Sr.'s tragic death, all of the Jr. fans hated Gordon because he became a rival to Jr. Simple as that. Another thing, just because you don't like a certain driver or do for that fact doesn't mean you don't like the sport more or less then anyone else. Also their is no certain gender that likes Jeff Gordon everyone who likes him has their own reasons. You don't have to be a woman or a girly man to like him. You can be a kid, elderly, or even a straight guy for all that matters. It's not rednecks or hillbillies or anything like that, and just because we like Jeff Gordon does not mean we like NASCAR less then someone who likes Jr. People are just jealous more then likely because he is so good. He commented once that he wondered why he was getting booed and the answer is all the Jr. fans would boo him and they hate him because he is so good and he realized he is just there to race. Their is always going to be someone who is jealous of someone else. Besides that all the drivers have mutal respect for one another and are friends with each other, and some are closer then others, but thats just how it is.

Jeff Gordon is a superb talent. I remember watching him run the USAC Midgets in the late 80's. I am and always have been a Hendrick Motorsport fan as well. Gordon is probably the best NASCAR driver of his time.. And is definately in the top-5 of all time. So, How about a round of beers for the DRIVE FOR 5 campaign in 2007! He's on a roll, and is now the POLE SITTER @ Bristol. Look for him to be your series POINTS LEADER when we leave Bristol. Just some quick points to back up Gordon's greatness

95, 97, 98, and 01 WINSTON CUP CHAMP, 1993 Winston Cup Rookie of the Year, Currently 75 wins, 290 Top 10's, and 58 poles!

I'm not sure if you do or not. But for me, I think he is one of the best drivers. He's not my favorite, and I really dont care either way. But judging by the time these answers were posted, all the people who say they dont like jeff gordon, are just mad cause He got the pole at this sundays race rather than their favorite driver. But my favorite drivers starting second = D

First off you must not like him, he is Gordon not en, but enough of that. Although he is not my favorite driver by no means, but give credit when due. He's proven to be a good driver, and since he and Brooke split, he has grown up alot, and almost appears to be a real person. But still not one of my favorites.
