go to lowe's.com. Use the virtual painter & try out different colors. You can take a sample room similar to yours, paint 2 walls with your color of red, then paint the other two til you find what you like. That way you'll be sure when you buy your paint.

Depends on the shade of red. There are soo many differeny shades-
if it is more of a purple red: browns look great with this color but you need very light accents-such as white candles etc.
if it is a candy apple red-white goes well with this or you can even go with a light green. This can be beautiful together.
if it is more pinkish red-i would go with a grey. Grey goes great with pink tones.

The other walls white . You can use black , white & red pillows .
or navy blue & white pillows & other things , like flowers & pictures , things you like a lot .
Adding colors in splashes around the room looks good .
.Find a picture , shirt or any thing that has red in it & other colors you like together & go from there
Only use colors that make you feel good

What if you did a tan? It's kind of brown, but still some color, I would think grey might be too dull.
If you are bold, you could try black! They go good together!

a cream color looks good maybe even taupe. some of the greens out there now - not the ones that would be christmas like, but sage types of green..
