Put an air freshener in your office and a can in the bathroom if there isn't one already... then I'd tape a sign to the can that says "Use this after taking a dump"

set up a bunch of arosol cans in various positions and the set them all to be rigged so a heavy object drops on them. when it does, all the cans will explode with fresh goodness

I suggest you keep away from that floor, lol. bypass it via the elevator. and put a nose clip on your nose till the odour disappears

Use febreze - it eliminates odors and leaves the 8th smelling so fresh and so clean.

Flush it. Light a candle or incense if you have access to it, I find they eliminate odors really fast.

Leave a pack of matches and a note that says "please use after you are finished to purify the air".. Match works best.
