I forget what it is called but I was talking to someone at the dog park about this last weekend. This is common in blue Dobermans and since the min pin is a relative of theres I dont think its that big of a deal. They will lose small patches of hair on there backs close to there spines, it is nothing that can be cured....if this is the same thing I am think of then your pup is safe however I would take her to the vet just to be sure. This is not like mange where the hair falls out in clump but the hair just gets really thin, kinda like a balding man

Take your dog to the vet and have them do a skin scrape to find out what it is.
It is not aleopecia, found in blue dobermans,
Dobermans and min pins are not related in any way.
It could be mange or a type of mite or it could be from wearing a shirt it may have rubbed on her skin and removed the hair.
Most likely it is not a big deal but if it does not clear up a vet visit should be in order.

Has she gotten on well with the brand new dog, might be she is finding out some dangerous behaviors from the brand new dog, perhaps urinary tract infection. Are trying giving her further awareness when the household is together to see if that helps. If nothing else, then call your vet for an appt. Good luck, i like minpins.
