With the taxi-cab drivers refusing to pick up blind people using the help of guide-dogs in Minnesota on the bases of their religion, sales clerks not touching pork products and refusing to ring them up on the basis of their religion, could this type of madness spread to America?

You are wise to see that. Yes, islam is beginning to creep into all phases of american culture. you better believe it. But few see it. I believe we have a right not to go against our religion to do a job.
I dont believe in abortion pills and if I were a pharmicist, I would refuse to sell the like some do. you cant ask someone to go against their religion.
But, when their religion affects us as ppl , it is wrong. When they come and pretend they are just like us, and stating not all muslims are terrorits, we need open our eyes. what does their Quoran say? All infidels must die, anyone not muslim is an infidel. If a cab drier wont pick up all ppl, he needs be fired. I dont believe a sales clerk should be made to handle pork if its not her belief. But, I dont think she should be selling meat if its an issue. We cant force our religion on anyone, no matter what side we are on.
christians are to be good and kind to everyone. too bad this message isnt world wide and followed.

The Minneapolis taxi drivers are breaking the law. It is illegal in the US to refuse access to a service dog in any place. If the cab driver refuses to take a blind person with his seeing eye dog, he is committing a crime and should be reported and punished. A seeing eye dog is allowed everywhere by law, even a restaurant.

the cab drivers in New York tried the same thing, and New York told them that they would be fined $2,000 the first time the refused to carry a blind person's dog or a person carrying alcohol, second offense results in them losing their taxi license for 2 years.

all i say, and this does NOT just concern religion... If people wanna go to a different country, with different customs/religions etc. they cant expect the people of that country to adapt to them. THEY have to adapt to that country, i mean, they are the outsiders...cant just expect life to stop just for them.

I dont mean change their religions or something like that, just not let it make other ppl's lives harder. Like, if a person know that their religion does not allow them to be with animals, then get an office job or something where there r no animals or something like that. lol.

Nope, that's called freedom of religion.

Okay, the German judge should have ruled according the laws of that country, and not based his ruling on the Koran..but as far as the taxi driver, and the clerk...that is their freedom to not do something that is against their religion.

Just like I have the freedom to be able to NOT pray in public schools...if I was still in school.
