re my previous question ...?

I have just had a complete medical check, with complete blood test for everything, kidney, liver, etc... my results were good on all those..

My urine test came back negative for albumin, glucose, haemoglobin, ketones....
but for Leugcocytes was 20x10 6L
Red cells 10 x 6L

then I had another urine sample testing week later and that showed some white cells.......I am just wondering what if anything that could mean? I have no symtoms of any kind ....

IT IS POINTING MORE TOWARDS A SILENT STONE WITH MIXED INFECTION.
