There really isn't anything unless your doc tells you to. Try crackers to help settle her tummy and predialite/water. Anything to keep her from getting dehydrated. It should pass in a day or so. Even those frozen fruit pops are good.

Stomach viruses are tricky because they can cause diarrhea and/or vomiting. Either way, she is going to be dehydrated so make sure she is getting plenty of fluids, but nothing too sugary. If she is vomiting, i would say immediately after, she should rinse her mouth out with water, 30 minutes after, she can try drinking some juice, and an hour after, if there is no more vomiting, give her some plain crackers. Other good foods for sickness are rice, applesauce, bananas, and toast. These are all bland enough to not cause her to get sick from them and have enough content to make them fill her stomach. Hope she feels better soon!

Been there sister. My 4 year old son had one 2 weeks ago. Took him to the doctor. They told me it would have to run its course. They said plenty of liquids...7-up, gateraid, pedi-light (or however you spell). She also said that popsicles would be okay and if he was ready for food start out with crackers or banana's. I hope this helps.

Emetrol or cola syrup. Both can be found in the isle that pepto is in.

My girls like the emetrol because it's cherry.
