what is something I can do to amplify her attraction for me? I don't want to seriously put any of those other guys down (we're all friends), and she doesn't seem to be enjoying it that much (she seems happier flirting with me...lol). These guys flirt with everbody, not just her. Basically, how can I quickly put her attention back on me?

Just ask her out. If she seems happier flirting with you than she's probably just waiting for you to make the first move.

so if she is happier flirting with you, and as you said in your Q, you like her as well, why not taking things forward, why dont you behave in a way that you are there for somthing more than just flirting, make her realize that, and if those guys are flirting with no intention then dont be jelouse, buddy! you have to move faster before sb else does.

Thats the competition with other A males. Just dont appear to be sooo interested with her. If you have a chance talking with other females, you may talk to them casually. If you are able to approach her even if shes flirting with other guys and ask her to talk with you for just 5 seconds.... be bold and tell her that if shes interested, you want to spend some time with her if shes not flirting with the other guys... if she cant answer you that moment, write down your number on a small paper and give her a pen and a paper to write her phone number without saying a word. Just say you'll call her sometime if youre not busy. call her after 3 days and ask if shes available on a weekend for just a coffee. if shes not interested, flirt with other girls but greet her everytime you meet her but dont appear to be sooo interested with the other girls. just my 2cents theory. it works with me sometime.

drew grabbing her butt will just put negative thoughts in her mind about you!
just get to know her and talk about almost anything
become friends for a week or two then get to know her a little more and the day before you ask her out drop a big hint that you like her

If you could do anything than be yourself, the advantage wouldn't last long anyways. Be yourself and stick with your values in life. Remember, there's other fish in the sea, and many women aren't so lucky to have several suitors such as yourself, yet they may turn out to be the best "pick of the litter".

Find out all you can about her likes/dislikes and do something about it. If she loves coffee, bring one to her next time you hang out, etc. Just do something to let her know how you feel.
