Where can I get tables and information so that I can practice with Excel and Access?

I need to learn in depth information about Excel and Access and I need to know where to get it. Is there a place where I can get spreadsheets and tables loaded with false information so that I can practice and teach myself? I have a Microsft book but I need the tables and spreadsheets.

Searching for "Excel sample" should get you somehting similar, or You can use Northwind.mdb to generate Excel files to play with.
