your degree is NOT competetive for a Commission at this time. The Navy is looking for Hi tech degrees like Engineering and Computer science. If you have an exceptional GPOA(3.5 or higher) from a Tier one Instutution you may have a decent shot, however. It would depend on what other qualities you bring to the table.
if you want to keep within the degree field you may want to look into Information Professional.

I would think the best officer career in the navy would definitely be a pilot.
