i don't think so. But you bring up a good point because they wouldn't decompose like the rest of the body....lol it would just be a skeleton with breast implants

no. bodies that are prepared for a funeral are treated with respect by MOST funeral homes.

they don't remove anything from the bodies unless the family tells them to specifically (like jewelry, etc.)

my friend's hubby is a funeral director and embalmer, so I heard it from the prime source.

in fact, when my mother died, the funeral director asked us how we wanted to proceed, did we want her jewelry, did we want to decide how to dress her and do her makeup & hair etc.

so generally, whatever you leave the world with,implanted in you, you keep.

yes, they have special medical consultants whose job is to recycle silicon for reusage. Extraction usually occurs after the funereal process has been completed and before the body is interred.
