He apparently feels that there is, or could be, something between you. He's going to be hurt when he figures out that this isn't the case. The smallest sting will come from being DIRECT as quickly as possible. Guys, (including myself), are VERY bad at getting hints. It could go something like this, "I think you're a good guy, but I can't see myself going out with you because ...(a) you're not my type, (b) you're too young, (c) you're too old", and be truthful. Do this in a place where people can come to your aid, but are out of hearing distance of your conversation. Since he's getting "stalkerish" there is a small possibility that he'll turn violent. I had an acquaintance who gave me a similar talk and it turned out to be a growing experience.

First things first...you talk to him and tell him that you are not insterested and that you dont know where he got that idea. If that doesnt work start hanging out with more people and ignore him. If he still insists and keeps stalking you, you must tell someone that can help you and make him stop and at the same time help him too. Its not healthy for you or him...unless you are leading him on into something.

Sometimes being frank and honest is the best approach. Don't beat around the bush just state frankly. "I am sorry you seem to have misconstrued our relationship. While I enjoy your company as a friend I am not interested in furthering our relationship. I hope you will understand and move on to find the right girl for you which is obviously under the circumstances not me. Once again I am very sorry that I can't return your affection but I just don't feel that way about you."

Girl stop playing games and just come out with the truth. Seems to me you like the attention or else you would not be having a problem telling this guy. How would you like it if someone played this sort of game with ya. Keep it real honey.

First of all, tell him. Maybe he'll understand that you don't like him in that sorta way. If that doesn't work, and he continues to tell lies about you guys being a thing, turn him into the office. It never hurt to be a snitch every once and awhile. Just tell 'em:
______ will not stop ____________ and it is getting on my last nerve. Please, do you think you could talk with him?
That's all you gotta do!

Tell him that you're sorry, but you don't think of him in the way he thinks of you, and that you are willing to be friends, but not any more than that right now. Be sure to include the "right now." This creates hope that in the future what he wants may come true, and he won't take it nearly as badly, and may even become your friend.

You might just need to have a heart to heart with the boy.
Or harmlesly talk about another boy like infront of him just like you dont even realize that he likes you... even though that is kinda mean b/c it can be hurtful... =-[
Ask him for advice and then when he gives it to you be like " Gosh your such a great freind. And I am sooo glad we are freinds!!! Geex your like a brother to me haha wow. it would be so awkward if we dated! haha!" and just laugh it off... he should get it.

Remeber boys are dumn though... so you might have to tell him stright up just be nice about it.

Sit him down and talk to him about the way you feel. This is pretty much the nicest way to let him down even though it is still pretty harsh. Anyway, you need to tell him soon, it'd be harsh to let it drag out.

ok, first of all, tell him straight up that you don't go out, but say that ur still friends. tell him that both of you have differences and u can't work it out. tell him 2 stop what ever he's doing wrong, and report a teacher if he keeps following u.

Just tell him. It's going to hurt him more if you wait longer. Just tell him the truth tell him you just would like to be friends and stay like that.
