Oh, me too! (And she is getting too big...literally.) She can make it on TV in 30 minutes because everything is prepped and another finished one in the fridge or freezer or oven. And did you ever notice she says "bake for 30 or 45 minutes" and that's AFTER she's done putting the meal together.

And that whole thing about the cookbooks and her own set of knives and this and that? She ain't that great! I could do better than her on my bad days! And did you know she has no real culinary experience or training??

Yes, too big for her britches.

She used to be great when she first started out. But then her head got too big. She's everywhere you turn and it's just become annoying. She talks too much and too loudly, and even overtalks her guests on her new talkshow. And every meal she makes on 30 minute meals take a long time, and isn't healthy! Just because you cook it yourself does not make it healthy! She came to do a segment for Tasty Travels at the restaurant I work at, got tipsy off two bottles of a really expensive wine, then left before even meeting anyone, because she 'had a flight to catch.' Turns out, she went to another restaurant that night instead. So she lies, too...

I like her when she used to do on $40.00 a day or even her early Rachel Ray days. However, since she has joined the Oprah Enterprise she has transformed into another one of t.v.'s puppets. I think she is more tame then what is out there. Who remembers Emril when he first began. Same thing get a little money in your pocket and "Bam" your a@@ hole. She will be the same way, and what did she trade mark "evoo" come on are you kidding me...oh the list goes on and on and on..... I think the only one that kept there originality was Alton Brown he rocks.

I think she has always been too big for them. I've tried a few of her recipes and while they're fast, they're really not so great tasting.

And the 30 minute meal thing is a sham. Of course you can make it in 30 minutes if your chicken comes out of the fridge perfectly trimmed and all your vegetables are in one place in the fridge and you don't have to hunt through three dehydrator drawers to find them, and all the different canned goods are just magically in one place in the pantry.

She annoys me.

ya i agree, even although quite a number does could direct the communication particularly circumstances it sort of feels like she is bullying the communication quite of bobbing up it flow. additionally it feels like she tries way too demanding to be humorous or perky. in my opinion i cherished her as a chef on 30 minute nutrients. not a communication instruct host.
