He's probably using you just for sex. Either that or he's waiting for the right moment. I presume the former though, because when you tell him that you love him, it must be an awkward situation for him since he doesn't respond.

You've told him you love him,, im assuming, If you have told him that you love him and he hasnt said back to you '' I love you too"... then he doesnt love you (truly).. you may be a lot of fun to be with and that keeps him going out with you but doesnt mean he loves you though...he may also have a fear of commitment.

He might not feel the same way you do sweetie. When you two are alone, bring up the subject.. don't come at him fowl, as if he SHOULD love you. Just ask him how does he really feel...

Either he doesn't feel the same, is too shy to express it or is not sure he wants to take it to "that" level. One year is a loooooong time though...I would be getting close to having the "Sh*t or get off the pot" talk....

Ah yes- he "knows", but have you said it? You only said he knows.

I do agree with Clarissa though. 1 year is long enough. be prepared to move on.

when you say he knows! are you saying that you tell him often that you love him? or are you saying that he know because the way you treat him? my way of looking at it is, if you really love him, do your part, keep on keeping on loving him, and have faith that one day he'll know and realize that you're special to him, keep a positive attitude and let time figure itself out.

why does he have to say it....can't you feel it?? he may have expressive issues because of past experiences. He'll tell you when he wants to....or he wont. I wouldn't sweat it either way as long as you both are happy :)

either he's not budging, therefore he's not gonna tell you until maybe you tell him? or something is seriously wrong with him? either way it goes, don't tell him first and don't try to make him tell you. Maybe he's scared or not ready, i don't know whats up with him either
