Better safe than sorry...if you woke someone up they would not be happy. How does 11am sound?

In my opinion the earliest would be at 11 am. I would always call after noon just to be on the safe side, I know how much I cherish my sleep on a Saturday and since some people stay out late the night before, it's not unreasonable for them to still be sleeping in at 10 or 11. I guess it depends on who you are calling.

Sorry, you can't call me on a Saturday and not bother me. However, if you were to call before 10am I would be angry. After 10 would merely annoy me. But don't worry, I don't answer the phone unless I recognize the voice on my answering machine anyway.

I'm going to say 10am. Saturday is an important family day. Give people a chance to have a nice breakfast with their children and hang out with their spouse. Anything before that will probably result in unfavorable response!!

If you don't have work on Saturdays, and you don't have to call, it would be better if you didn't. But, if it's an important call, depending on the person, I don't think it's good to call earlier than 9:30am, or possibly 10:00am. If they don't sleep in, then maybe 9:00am.

9AM should be the time to start making calls. Any time earlier than that would be inappropriate. On a weekday, 8AM would be OK, being that's the start of office hours. But people like to sleep in on the weekend, so an hour after the "regular business hour" would be OK.
