50 pounds in two months is completely unsafe your body requres time to lose and adjust to the loss. To drop that kind of weight in 60 days will cause you more problems then i can list. But here are a few problems you may develope liver problems, Muscle loss, hair loss, heart problems, become prone to other illness. I 'm not trying to be mean but ask yourself is anyone worth risking those kind of problems for. remember dead men don't dance. And what happens after the dance you can't keep losing at that rate sooner or later your body will find away to regain the weight then what ?

Exercise and eat a healthy diet. Cut back on carbs and starches - avoid bread and lots of pasta. Eat more green leafy vegetables and fruits.

I am not sure that you can lose 50 pounds in two months unless you get a personal trainer or a motivational coach. You need someone to help you and push you when you want to give up. If you are serious about this, and I think you are, tell your friends and family to help you also by not bringing calorie laden foods and snacks near you.

Good luck and have fun at the dance :)

There's no way you can lose 50 pounds in two months. It wont be healthy. Eat healthy and exercise and you'll be able to lose some weight. The girl will notice, and hopefully she'll give you a chance. Then you can work on loseing the rest once you have her.

cut back, especially at lunch and after dinner. and excercise some more. two months isn't a lot of time, but if you work hard enough at it, you may be able to do it! good luck!
