eye contact is definitly an attractive and easy way to flirt, hold it for awhile then look away, you don't want him thinking you're staring too hard, small smile is really cute too...don't act dumb, im sure you don't but if you were thinking about it, that's a bad idea, and hmm...drop your pencil and pick it back up, make sure it looks accidental and not intentional, that'll at least get him to look your way

i think honesty is the best policy,catch the guy on his own and tell him you really like him,if he tells his mates and they laugh deny it,if he seems interested next time ask him if you can take him for a burger or whatever teenagers do nowdays.good luck.

Smile at him and say "hi." That's it.
If he doesn't pick up on that, talk to him a bit, ask him about something he's wearing, or a basketball game, etc. Guys are easy if you swallow your pride and make the first move.
