Let me explain the scenario:
1. Tutored a guy for a month back in April
2. I graduated and moved 8 hours away
3. He called once after that to see how I was doing,
- I sent him a happy holidays text
-he sent me a happy birthday/ valentines text.
4. He calls today again to see how I am doing
My question to you...Do you think this guy might have an interest in me?

Um, I think he may be interested, but he may be shy. Are you interested in him? If you are, then perhaps you should drop him some subtle hints, call HIM, for a change, or invite him to an event or something, and see what he does. if not, this sounds like a guy who would be open for friendship.
Don't sleep on it! Act now, because love is good but if it's not, it could lead to a long-lasting friendship.You'd be surprised!
I had a similar situation with a lady who I was interested in, but she didn't feel the same. We have been friends the whole way, and she is actually one of my best friends now. It's really worth it. I hope it's worth it for you, too!

Um, dearie, if a guy (especially in that age group) is initiating contact with you, the is definately interest. The important question is: Is it the kind of interest you want? Since I don't know the guy, only you can decide that.

serious answer to your question is yes!!!....I won't say it's full blown horizontal love here or nothing...but he is interested in you for certain. Are you interested in him too? That's probably more important then anything else really...wouldn't you agree?

yeah, he is probably interestd in you, but for what? nothing wrong with casual relationships if both people are on the same page. if the expectations of the relationship is different it will not be fun for anybody...
