If you DO decide...Sony has a $100 credit on any first purchase from their SonyStyle site if you use their no fee credit card.

So...buy a game that you want...get the credit of $100 and then buy your PS3 at $100 off the going price...

Personally I'm sticking with PS2 until I have a TV that can do the PS3 justice.

With regards to 'bugs' as mentioned below...there ARE still some ie. proper display on certain monitors, switch to software ps2/ps1 emulation has left many more games not playable compared to hardware emulation (but still more than xbox gives you!)...hiccups with remote play...,

you probably should wait until all bugs have been worked out of the new system and yes the price will drop as well.. I always wait for a new system to drop in price, and I get a better product as well.
Unless you are one of those people who has to have the new toys before all your pals... wait.

ALL THE BUGS HAVE BEEN WIRKED OUT!!!!!! IT'S SO ANOYING HOW EVERYBODY KEEPS TELLING YOU TO WAIT BECAUSE OF BUGES!!!! THAT HAVE BEEN FIXED!!!!! [Calm down....... okay I'm calm] Just get the PS3 now instead of waiting.
