They make big promises..but is there any truth behind it...and what is the mechanism for the fat loss?

There is no truth to it. There has been a product like this for sale for decades. Used to be rubber. Now it's like saran wrap.

It does not cause you to lose weight. You will just sweat more. But as soon as you take a drink after working out, you will put the fluids you lost right back into your system.

Don't waste your money on an obvious scam like this.
