If there isn't what can we do about it?

Even if there were verifiable proof one way or the other it would all stay the same. Some people would say there is no creator, some would say that there is a creator, others will argue over which creator is the true creator (God, Allah, etc.) and nothing would really change.

Just to let you know there is proof for the big bang. And whatever started must have had a cause. If for matter of speculation there were no creator and we somehow existed we would be of no signifigant value over an animal and killing should be acceptable as life would have no value and there would be o right or wrong. Theists believe Murder is wrong because God said it is wrong and it is wrong and in of itself. But I do not know of what standard non believers use as a representation of their beliefs.

What if there's no creator? Good question.

And what if the computer you're staring at designed and built itself? After all It's extremely simple compared to a strand of self-replicating DNA. What if all the books you've ever read had no authors? It's a lot more probable for a library full of books to write themselves than for a single cell organism to come to life by itself.

One ol' boy said that christians blame our "faults" or actions on Satan, that is wrong. We are all accountable to ourselves.

The death rate is 100%. Everyone will meet that date. All I can say is make sure that you have looked at the evidence and exhausted all possibilities.

Then I guess we all go away and scratch our heads for a few more hundred years trying to figure out how we got here..... or alternatively, all the big bang theorists take to the streets drinking champagne and partying, waving placards saying "told you so!"
