I am headed to Newark for business, was a last minute trip, and I could not fly into EWR. So I am flying into Laguardia, hopping on a taxi to Penn Station and then taking the train to Newark. Anyone have any rough reference on time for this travel? Thanks

You want to get to the NJ Transit section of Penn Station New York. There are many trains that stop at Penn Station Newark. Going back, virtually every train out of Newark Penn Station stops at Penn Station New York so you can hop a train almost immediately. The trip either way takes under 15 minutes. If you have time, have a Portuguese dinner in one of the many great restaurants in the Iron Bound section of Newark that backs up to Penn Station

It's very close, 15-20 minutes on the train. It's basically just across the river.
