Everything in moderation!!!
lots of fruits and vegatables
avoid junk food all together

Any food that lists sugar or corn syrup in the first three ingredients is bad. Don't eat or drink it.

stay away from fast food...and always read calories before touching anything...ANYTHING! dont exceed 1400 calories a day and try excercising
