They are called germophobic people, the singular is a germophobe. It means "afraid of germs", someone who can't stand the thought of being around sick people or areas where there may be germs.

Germaphobic? Cats are good about their hygiene. That’s a reason some people like them. It also has to do with their sense of smell. To better hunt prey, they know to keep their scent to a minimum, a leftover genetic trait from their big cousins I’m guessing.

hypochondriac, cats clean themselves because they don't have showers. Be glad they do. We have dogs, poop on the butt, yuck.
